The Role

Lark is seeking a highly collaborative and organized Project Manager (PJM) to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, and Business teams. As part of the Project Management Office (PMO) within the Product Operations organization, you’ll serve as a key connector across teams helping turn strategy into execution through structure, clarity, and strong partnership and communication.

In this role, you’ll guide complex projects with confidence and clear, thoughtful decision-making. You’ll partner closely with Product Managers, team leads, and cross-team stakeholders to align goals, manage dependencies, and deliver meaningful outcomes. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where clear communication, thoughtful planning, and practical problem-solving drive results.

As a PJM, you’ll bring people together to solve problems, enable informed decisions, and translate complex work into actionable plans. You’ll create lightweight structures, launch checklists, and clear milestones, leveraging Jira as the single source of truth to drive transparency and alignment. You’ll work within established PMO practices and tools while contributing ideas to continuously improve how teams plan and deliver work.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Alignment and Foster Strong Partnerships: Partner closely with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to connect strategic objectives to actionable plans, manage dependencies, and ensure clear progress toward shared goals.

  • Plan and Deliver with Clarity and Focus: Develop flexible project plans that define milestones, decision points, and deliverables. Adapt to team needs while maintaining accountability, clear ownership, and focus on outcomes.

  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Execution and Manage Dependencies: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to align on goals, clarify priorities, and keep complex initiatives on track. Own delivery visibility and governance, ensuring commitments, dependencies, risks, and project management systems accurately reflect current priorities, sprint commitments, and progress. Anticipate cross-team impacts, surface blockers early, and coordinate solutions to maintain momentum.

  • Facilitate Collaboration and Delivery Routines: Ensure efficient, purpose-driven meetings and structured team ceremonies drive alignment, shared ownership, and clear accountability. Maintain a consistent delivery cadence and ensure sprint goals, commitments, and outcomes remain visible and aligned across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Communicate Clearly and Effectively: Deliver concise, business-relevant updates that distill progress, highlight what’s changed and why it matters, and outline next steps or decisions needed to keep work moving forward.

  • Support Launch Success and Readiness: Lead planning and coordination for major product launches and client-facing initiatives, ensuring clarity on scope, timelines, and ownership. Partner cross-functionally to drive readiness, unblock teams, and deliver impactful, on-time launches.

  • Improve and Evolve Ways of Working: Contribute to the continuous refinement of project processes and tools, helping the PMO enhance collaboration, improve delivery speed and visibility, and strengthen alignment and impact across the organization.

What You’ll Need

  • Strong understanding of agile and lean principles, with familiarity and practical exposure to Scrum- and Kanban-inspired ways of working.

  • Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and bring clarity and shared understanding across diverse teams.

  • Experience partnering with Product and Engineering Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to keep teams aligned and moving forward.

  • Proficiency with Project Management and tech team tools, such as Jira and Confluence, to support planning, tracking, and transparency.

  • Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities may shift.

  • Familiarity with software development processes and release patterns.

  • Experience in software engineering, technical integrations, or professional services is a strong plus.

  • Professional certifications (CSM, PSM, PMP) are preferred but not required.

  • 2+ years of experience leading or coordinating cross-functional projects in a product, engineering, or technology-driven environment.
