We’re looking for a Project Manager who Manages either multiple medium to large complexity projects, a large project function (e.g.defect management) end to end. Coordinates with various technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes providing leadership, direction and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope and within budget. Facilitating effective communication and leadership skills to motivate the team and foster collaboration. Contribution to continuous improvements and mentorship is expected.

We are looking for a Project Manager who will:

  • Manages multiple medium and/or large complexity projects, a large project function end to end.

  • Responsible for creating or gaining approving project initiation documents, delivery approach, project success criteria, and supporting internal program review.

  • Responsible for delivering the project within the agreed budget, scope and time, managing risks and issues, ensuring quality of deliverables and documents, implementing appropriate delivery methods, and facilitating workshops and meetings.

  • Responsible for creating and executing communication plans, facilitating meetings and forums, and establishing project infrastructure for information sharing.

  • Responsible for creating or inputting into project budget and resource forecasts, tracking project delivery to budget, and resolving issues and changes with the account lead.

  • Contributes in initiatives that benefiting the Delivery practice or CSG improvement and the mentoring of other project managers.

Is this opportunity right for you? We’re looking for:

  • 3–5 years of combined experience in project management, business analysis, or technical program coordination in an Agile software development environment.

  • Demonstrated experience managing small to medium projects and/or project functions, including schedules, risks, and stakeholder communication.

  • Working knowledge of resource forecasting, risk management, stakeholder management, and delivery reporting.

  • Strong communication and influence skills with the ability to coordinate technical and non-technical teams.

  • Experience using agile project management practices in a cross-functional delivery environment.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to navigate unusual circumstances with sound judgment.

  • Experience working in complex software, delivery, or customer-facing implementation environments.

  • Project management certification or related training in Agile, SAFe, or PMI disciplines.

  • Familiarity with Agile / SAFe practices, such as PI planning, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery.

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment

Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.

$90,035.68-$144,054.08

This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
