- Manage the pre-NTP and post NTP deployment of in building solutions (DAS, Venues, Venue Mods, Repeaters, Spidercloud, etc)
- Coordinate internal resources and 3rd parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Drive the team to achieve the monthly and annual NTP and in-service targets.
- Generate dashboards and reports for team and RE Specialists, Construction Engineers, and RF.
- Manage bulk updates in SiteTraker.
- Identify major milestone opportunities and efficiency recommendations and solutions.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems and tools such as Peoplesoft and SiteTraker.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Identify risks in the program.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience as a Project Manager in Wireless and DAS projects
- 5+ years experience in site development and site acquisition work
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Siterra, and SiteTraker
- PMP certification is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid technical background with understanding of 4G LTE infrastructure
