As we build the platform that changes how leading enterprise companies interact with their customers, we're looking for a security and compliance professional to ensure all data customers entrust to these brands are always protected, private, and secure. We'll also look to our Security and Compliance Manager to advocate data security on behalf of our internal teams and customers – not just because it's the law, but also because our company philosophy embraces this attitude and commitment.
What You'll Do:

The Cloud Security and Compliance Manager is a key member of our growing Information Security team and will be responsible for leading teams across the organization to implement security controls and processes, coordination of PCI, SOC, ISO HIPAA audits, control definitions, policy creation, and security and awareness training. You will interact with many other internal teams to lead and deliver best-in-class products in an exciting fast-paced environment. Dynamic, smart people and inspiring, innovative technologies are the norms here.
You will:

• Coordinate with the go-to-market team and provide answers to cloud security and compliance questionnaires.
• Ongoing review and enhancements to the cloud security RFI/RFQ database and security marketing assets.
• Develop a systematic approach to ensure scaling of the Information Security response process.
• Support field training to advance knowledge of cloud security compliance.
• Keep company up to date on responsibilities regarding security by creating and managing information security and risk management awareness training programs.
• Provide guidance and subject matter expertise on processes, controls, and objectives around audit and information security activities, best practices, and process improvements.
• Create clear, actionable plans, in conjunction with management, detailing specific deliverables, timelines, and accountability to resolve information security issues.
• Identify, evaluate and report on information security risks, practices and projects to all levels of audience.
• Coordinate and direct all information technology and security related audits for SOC and PCI compliance.

Our ideal candidate

We are seeking a self-starter with strong leadership capabilities to set the vision for the team. Someone with the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical multi-functional teams.

• 5+ years experience as an Information Security and Compliance at a leading security-minded enterprise company
• Previous ownership of a company's overall information security program, including policy definition, and information security awareness activities.
• Experience in information security and technology projects and proven ability to deliver on stated objectives and timeframe;
• Proactive, structured and detail oriented work style
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
