The Enterprise Project Manager will plan, direct and coordinate the configuration and implementation of the EdCast learning experience platform. Over the course of the project, the Project Manager will communicate with key stakeholders, project team members, and vendor representatives, and monitor the progress of the project to keep it on schedule. This individual will report directly to the Sr. Director, Talent Development, located in Colorado, U.S.A.
Responsibilities:
Create long-and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple business units/teams are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
Communicate with and providing accurate, timely status updates to key stakeholders to keep the project aligned with their goals
Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
Proactively address project issues and/or risks
Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needed or financing for the project change
Manage working committees as a subset of the overall project
Manage vendor relationships
Qualifications:
Ability to think critically, be proactive, and be a self-starter
Excellent communicator, verbally and in writing
Attentive to detail
Comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment
Pragmatic, yet adaptable
Consistent follow-up and follow-through
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications
7-10 years enterprise project management experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
Bachelor’s degree required
