Project Manager, Web Marketing
We are looking for a top notch Web Project Manager who is passionate about delivering the best website user experience while internally cross-collaborating with stakeholders to take impactful company initiatives to market.
In this role, you will facilitate the management of web marketing projects, from inception to production. This process includes partnering with key stakeholders across the organization, managing delivery of all aspects of website projects, and joining forces with creative, content, operations and development teams. You will effectively communicate project status and timeline across departments and flag risks, dependencies and changes.
You will also be a creative problem solver who is able to handle unforeseen delays and challenges and at the same time, ensure timely release of changes and additions to the website. You will ensure that processes are followed and continuously seek improvement opportunities to maximize efficiency, agility and foster collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent web marketing projects end to end, including coordination of resources, meetings, deliverables and feedback.
- Drive cross-functional stakeholder conversations, decisions, program documentation and deliverables.
- Set and communicate deadlines, timelines and dependencies to all team members to ensure all projects are on track, on time, and within budget
- Gather internal stakeholder requirements and specs to guide designers, producers and developers
- Ensure the proper web analytic tracking/parameters are implemented
- Facilitate cross functional team communication and escalate issues and delays when necessary
- Partner with key stakeholders to optimize end-to-end operational planning and processes and identify areas of opportunity for improvement
- Assure the quality of web pages by closely monitoring QA processes and performing UAT (user acceptance testing).
- Measure results of projects and report on effectiveness of initiatives to senior leaders.
- Build tight-knit relationships with partners across the organization, earning a reputation as web expert and project facilitator
- Align projects and initiatives to company goals and ensure proper prioritization and resources are allocated effectively across web projects
Qualifications
- BA in Business or a related field
- 6+ years of web project management experience managing large website development projects
- Strong technical background, esp. with B2B demand generation, E-Commerce and personalization
- Experience with Web Content Management System (Adobe AEM a plus)
- Experience working with distributed team, including offshore
- Experience with agile product development methodologies
- Knowledge of and experience with A/B testing practices, web test design and user testing
- Problem-solving skills and attention to details
- Ability to handle a significant level of responsibility, oversee projects and work independently, while also being a team player, and working closely with other department heads and senior management
- Very strong and effective communication skills (both written and verbal) across multiple teams and all levels
- Experience with: CMS (AEM), Adobe Test and Target, Jira, Wrike, Adobe analytics, MS office (excel & ppt). Familiarity or experience with Salesforce, Business Intelligence and HTML a huge plus.
