RingCentral is looking for aSenior Technical Program Manager to be a key leader in delivering products and features for the RingCentral Products. You will partner closely with product managers, developers, and other parts of the organization to launch best-in-class features and products. You will also work closely with partners to communicate status.
Preference is a hybrid work–from-home and some in-office at our Belmont, CA HQ. However, for the right person the role could be 100% remote with preferred location in PT or MT Zones.
Coordinate & track readiness for all requirements across functional groups including product management, engineering, marketing, operations, support, business services, billing. Ensure that all teams meet quality and delivery schedules.
Foresee dependencies, risks, and issues -- build the appropriate program framework for projects and programs to lead the team to deliver quality. Work with stakeholders and teams to troubleshoot issues.
Communicate system requirements and schedules to facilitate technical readiness with cross-functional and global teams.
Define project schedules while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value. Organize and lead project status and working meetings. Prepare and distribute progress reports. Manage risks and issues. Correct deviations from plans.
Drive weekly program reviews and communicate with all stakeholders
Create and maintain a dashboard of priority issues, Drive resolution of issues with collaborating with Product and Support organization
Drive to continuously improve planning, tracking and reporting processes to eliminate manual work wherever possible to enable teams to scale.

Exceptional communication skills. You communicate information and ideas to individuals and teams in an articulate, focused and compelling way.
Partner Communications. You have the leadership ability to work with strategic partners and keep them informed of progress.
Technical experience. You understand engineering delivery processes and can hold your own with developers and product managers.
7+ years’ experience in Technical Program Management for product development
Strong preference for:
Experience in Cloud, SaaS, Software, Video, UC or telecommunications
Experience in delivering E2E product solutions and/or with external partners
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and development individuals at all levels
Ability to lead and engage individuals and teams located across multiple geographies and or cultures
Exceptional results in delivering technical solutions to the market
Experience in using Agile methodologies while managing large, complex projects with multi-function teams is preferred
Proven experience taking large product releases from planning to launch
