Why We Need You
At PagerDuty, we believe that technology can transform how we work and how we do good. Our social impact function, PagerDuty.org, directs PagerDuty’s most important assets—our platform, funds, people, and voice—to support our customers and grantees in meeting urgent needs faster. PagerDuty.org’s approach to grantmaking centers around equity and is rooted in participatory and trust-based practices and cross-sector collaboration, with the aim to create systemic change. We are hiring an experienced philanthropy leader to build the strategy and programming to drive this work.
What You’ll Do
As PagerDuty.org’s first position solely dedicated to integrated grantmaking, the Sr. Manager, Philanthropy, is a strategic, global role that will further define PagerDuty’s philanthropic principles, programming, and impact, and take an interactive approach to launching and evolving multi-year programs and collaborative initiatives.
With subject matter expertise in grant management; multi-dimensional funding mechanisms; impact measurement and evaluation; community engagement; and storytelling, you will be versatile and able to craft and implement integrated programs—including our strategic focus areas of Time-Critical Health and Just and Equitable Communities—that augment funding with product donations and specialized pro bono support to meet multiple areas of need for our grantees.
