We are looking to add a Talent Development Program Manager to support our talent development programs. You will play a critical role in establishing the learning and development ecosystem within Next Insurance. One of the initial projects will be to design, develop, and deliver a rotational program for new college graduates. We see this role as an opportunity to contribute greatly to the company’s culture of learning and actively influence the way things are done.

What You'll Do: 

  • Own Next’s inaugural rotational program for recent university graduates, providing a meaningful development experience and talent pipeline to key departments across the company. 
  • Establish practices, processes, and tools to ensure organized project management for multiple programs running at a time with standards for learning program quality, impact, and engagement.
  • Provide data-driven insights to the talent development team and organizational leadership to assess talent and improve upon the learning ecosystem at Next. 
  • Manage programs from end-to-end while providing consistent communication with stakeholders, teammates and leadership regarding timelines and milestones.
  • Partner with delivery teams on program execution and evaluation to determine (and implement) necessary improvements.


What We Need: 

  • 2-3 years of program management experience 
  • 1-2 years experience in L&D or talent development at a global organization
  • Experience in or managing a rotational program a strong plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work seamlessly with a variety of personalities and functional disciplines
  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
  • BA/BS degree

Our headquarter office is located in the College Terrace neighborhood in the city of Palo Alto, California and near all the local eateries on California Ave. We also have offices in Rochester, NY and Boston, MA.
