  • Recommend promotional investments based on customer behavior, business objectives, and market trends

  • Identify opportunities for cross-product promotions and new incentive strategies

  • Own Promotional Performance & Economics

  • Evaluate promotional performance and return on investment across offer types and customer segments

  • Analyze redemption behavior, promotional costs, customer response, and offer effectiveness

  • Support promotional forecasting, budgeting, and cost management efforts

  • Measure incrementality and identify opportunities to improve promotional efficiency

  • Help establish best practices around promotional testing and optimization

  • Lead Competitive Intelligence

  • Maintain a constant pulse on promotional activity across sportsbook, fantasy sports, social gaming, social casino, and adjacent industries

  • Track competitor acquisition offers, retention programs, loyalty initiatives, VIP incentives, and event-based promotions

  • Identify emerging trends, opportunities, and risks within the promotional landscape

  • Bring new promotional concepts, mechanics, and customer engagement ideas to the business on a regular basis

  • Manage Promotional Portfolio & Calendar

  • Own Fliff’s promotional calendar and promotional portfolio across products and customer segments

  • Coordinate promotional scheduling across customer segments, business objectives, sporting events, product launches, and enterprise initiatives

  • Manage promotional inventory and offer prioritization across identified segments

  • Partner with Lifecycle Marketing, VIP, Social and Product teams to ensure successful deployment of promotional initiatives

  • Drive Experimentation & Optimization

  • Design and execute structured testing plans for promotional initiatives in coordination with Analytics

  • Evaluate offer mechanics, incentive values, timing, targeting, and promotional frequency

  • Partner with Analytics teams to measure outcomes and identify optimization opportunities

  • Establish repeatable processes that improve promotional performance over time

What Success Looks Like

Within your first year, you will:

  • Build a strong understanding of Fliff’s promotional performance and customer behavior

  • Establish a consistent competitive intelligence process

  • Improve promotional efficiency and effectiveness across key customer segments

  • Develop scalable promotional planning and governance practices

  • Become a trusted resource for promotional strategy, incentive design, and competitive promotion trends

What We’re Looking For

    Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in promotions, loyalty, CRM, retention marketing, gaming operations, commercial strategy, or related disciplines

  • Experience within sportsbook, fantasy sports, social gaming, social casino, mobile gaming, loyalty programs, or adjacent industries

  • Strong understanding of promotional mechanics, customer incentives, and offer design

  • Experience evaluating campaign performance and customer behavior

Benefits:
