Trial Library is an AI-native enrollment and care navigation platform that accelerates access to precision medicine. In collaboration with biopharmaceutical manufacturers, payers, and health systems, Trial Library enables the delivery of clinical trials as a standard care option - improving patient access, advancing oncology outcomes, and reducing the total cost of care. Backed by leading healthcare venture capital firms, Trial Library’s platform is currently deployed in 840+ clinics and 3,000+ providers nationwide.
The Provider Engagement Lead owns new business growth for Trial Library's provider network. This is a hunting role first: you will prospect, pitch, and close new partnerships with community providers, community health systems, and research-capable oncology clinics. Once a partnership is signed, you will also nurture and expand it — identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and grow the relationship beyond the initial deal.
This is an individual-contributor sales role for someone with 7-10+ years in the field — not an account-management-only or early-career position. We're looking for a seasoned closer who has spent the better part of a decade personally building pipeline from scratch, running full sales cycles, and closing complex, relationship-driven deals with physicians and health system leadership, and who can operate with minimal oversight from day one.
Your Responsibilities
Prospect, cultivate, and close new provider partnerships end-to-end — outreach, discovery, demos, negotiation, contract close
Build creative channels for generating meetings (outbound, events, referrals) rather than relying on inbound
Grow existing accounts post-signature by expanding partnership scope and value
Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline data and report weekly on activity, meetings, closes, and account growth
Build senior relationships with providers, practice leaders, and health system administrators; align with payer, employer, and biopharma teams
Feed market insights back to product/ops/navigation teams; support contracting and pilot design; mentor junior team members as the function grows
Your Requirements
7-10+ years hands-on prospecting and closing in healthcare sales, provider partnerships, or clinical engagement — required
Specific, quantifiable track record: deals sourced/closed, pipeline generated, quota attainment
Self-sourced pipeline experience (cold outreach, events, referrals), not just inbound
Post-close account growth experience, not just new-business closing
Disciplined CRM user (Salesforce preferred)
Deep experience with physicians/clinical leaders, specifically in oncology or clinical trials/research — required
Strong executive presence, negotiation skills, and ability to operate independently in an early-stage environment
