About You: Our Provider Partnerships Consultant will join our Growth team to visit with physicians, nurses, and practice managers at potential clinical partner locations. Our ideal Provider Partnerships Consultant is an extrovert with a passion (or curiosity) for sales, problem-solving, organization, and communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 

  • Prospecting of potential clinical partner locations focused on one of the specified geographies
  • Complete in-person visits to potential sites to communicate the value of Delfina Care to generate excitement among clinical support staff
  • Complete virtual or in-person follow-ups with potential clinical partner locations and answer questions about the Delfina Care platform
  • Manage ongoing relationships with existing and new clinic partner locations, sourcing feedback for continuous improvement
  • Oversee the launch of partner sites, including onboarding, education, and training at the practice site
  • Assist the Delfina Growth team with contracting for new partner sites

Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of nursing experience
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Proof of current automobile insurance
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills and attention to detail
  • Independent and creative mindset to sales outreach
  • In-person visits to area locations are required in at least one of the U.S. California Sales Hub geographies, fully remote for administrative tasks

    • Northern California
  • Commitment of at least 10 hours per week for a minimum of 3 months
  • Prior sales experience preferred

Compensation: $30 - $45 USD per hour. This role will also include potential for incentive pay. Expense reimbursement and a per diem rate are also included for travel to clinic sites. 

The compensation range for this contract position represents a wide variety of factors, including location, skills, experience, education, and training. Candidates who meet most of the qualifications above should expect to earn near the middle of the posted compensation range.

Time Commitment:  Up to 30 hours per week
