  • Regression & Smoke Testing: Implement automated regression tests that run pre-release and post-deploy
  • CI/CD Integration: Ensure tests are seamlessly integrated into GitHub Actions or Bitrise pipelines
  • Test Strategy: Define test coverage goals, write test plans, and ensure traceability to requirements
  • Device Testing: Validate hardware/software integration in real-world tablet + stimulator test environments
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and product managers to clarify expected behavior and catch issues early
  • Manual QA Support: Occasionally perform targeted manual testing to validate edge cases or hard-to-automate flows

What We’re Looking For:

  • Mission Obsessed: Passionate about eradicating depression.
  • Driven: Highly motivated and resilient.
  • Effective: Learns fast, adapts quickly, and consistently delivers results.
  • Automation Experience: 3–5+ years in QA automation with a strong focus on mobile (preferably Android) and web applications
  • Tool Proficiency: Comfortable with frameworks like Appium, Selenium, Detox, or equivalent
  • Process-Oriented: You think in terms of test plans, coverage, and reproducibility

Why Join Ampa?

  • Impact: Lead the development of transformative mental health technologies.
  • Growth: Thrive in a startup environment with rapid innovation.
  • Stability: Enjoy startup benefits with a secure product line.
  • Ownership: Receive substantial equity as an early team member.
