Schedule: Monday- Friday 9am- 5:30pm
Location: Vernon, CA
Position Summary
Provides clerical and administrative support to the QC/QA department in a food manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with filing and organizing quality documents
- Enter production and quality data into spreadsheets
- Support QA paperwork and reports
- Maintain organized records for audits
- Assist with GMP and food safety documentation
- Perform general clerical duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic computer skills in Excel or Word
- Strong attention to detail
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
