The Quality Analytics Specialist develops and maintains advanced analytical processes that support internal quality excellence in manufacturing. This role uses data‑driven methodologies to optimize performance, compliance, and quality standards while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver actionable insights that guide facility decisions. The position leads analytical program implementation, applying data mining and statistical techniques to align data strategies with site objectives. It enhances integration across Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering through data visualization, reporting, and communication. The Specialist also drives continuous improvement by analyzing trends, maintaining quality documentation, and ensuring the integrity of all internal analytics.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to analyze data, identify quality improvement opportunities, and support excellence in manufacturing operations.
  • Lead data‑driven root cause analyses for quality incidents and non‑compliance issues across internal teams.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance systems that track, analyze, and report key quality indicators.
  • Oversee advanced analytical methods, tools, and resources to support effective decision‑making.
  • Conduct ongoing trend analyses to identify emerging patterns and proactively address potential quality risks.
  • Facilitate effective communication with internal and external partners to ensure timely issue resolution and drive actionable improvement plans.
  • Develop and improve documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with analytical and quality standards.
  • Analyze, verify, and document quality data to ensure alignment with internal, customer, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain the integrity of internal data systems and reporting tools to meet operational and certification requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to generate accurate product specifications, respond to customer requests and complaints, and support overall quality objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Pay Range

$74,799 - $97,249
