We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software testing, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure software quality and reliability.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and design.
3. Identify, report, and track software defects, working with development teams to resolve issues.
4. Develop and maintain automated testing scripts using tools such as Selenium or Appium.
5. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, testing methodologies, and tools.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
2. Advanced degree (e.g., MS) preferred.
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
4. Professional certifications, such as CSTE or CTFL.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in testing frameworks, such as JUnit or TestNG.
Nice to Have:
1. Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
2. Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure.
3. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins or Docker.
