True Zero Technologies is seeking an organized, process-driven Quality & Compliance
Administrator to support the growth and maturity of the PMO. This role maintains and
improves the Quality Management System (QMS), supports compliance with CMMI, CMMC, ISO
9001, ISO 20000, and ISO 27001, and ensures operational compliance across government
contracts and IDIQ vehicles. The role coordinates audits, manages compliance documentation,
monitors contractual obligations, standardizes governance, and drives continuous
improvement
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the QMS.
- Manage controlled documents, policies, procedures, templates, and SOPs.
- Coordinate document reviews, version control, approvals, and updates.
- Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support PMO governance and process standardization.
- Support CMMI, CMMC, ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, and customer-required frameworks.
- Maintain evidence repositories and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate evidence collection and audit readiness.
- Track remediation actions and gap assessments.
- Government Contract & IDIQ Compliance
- Monitor contract deliverables and reporting requirements.
- Maintain compliance calendars and milestones.
- Support startup, transition, and closeout activities.
- Review contract requirements for operational impacts.
- Track SLA, KPI, and Quality Control Plan compliance.
- Plan and coordinate internal audits.
- Support external certification audits.
- Track findings through closure.
- Prepare audit reports and executive summaries.
- Review project documentation for quality and completeness.
- Support governance reviews and project health assessments.
- Maintain PMO templates and standards.
- Capture lessons learned and improvement opportunities.
- Develop dashboards for compliance, audits, certifications, contract performance, and PMO
maturity. - Provide monthly executive reporting.
- Maintain centralized compliance repositories.
- Support document retention requirements.

Job Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in PMO, Quality, Compliance, or Program Management.
- Experience supporting government contracts.
- Strong organization, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating audits or compliance activities.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with ISO, CMMI, CMMC, NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, or Smartsheet.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, self-motivated, process-focused, and
committed to continuous improvement.
