The BAE Systems facility in Fort Wayne, IN, has operations spanning the commercial and defense aircraft electronics markets, producing engine and flight controls, flight deck systems, cabin systems, airborne tactical radios, electrical distribution, and wiring harnesses. In Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Systems, you'll help develop systems that sense, control, exploit and disseminate actionable information to warfighters supporting a variety of missions.

Full-Time Salary Range: $40973 - $55342
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan. Temporary employees working 20+ hours per week are eligible for medical benefits, the employee assistance program, and business travel accident insurance.

- Engage in First Article Inspections & Source Inspections
- Assist in conducting Root Cause and Corrective Actions
- Review current command media and provide suggestions for updates and process improvements
- Understand Quality standards and procedures.
- Participate and interact with other interns in sector wide activities.
- Develop understanding of BAE Systems Quality Management System.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Engineering.
