Primary Responsibilities:
- Quality Engineering and testing
- Automation using Java/Selenium or .Net/Specflow/XUnit/NUnit/MSUnit
- Automation in Rest Assured and Appium
- Cloud-based testing environments such as Sauce Labs
- CI/CD using tools such as Git Actions
- UI, API, and mobile testing
- Contribute to quality initiatives and automation solutions
- Engage in continuous learning and knowledge sharing
- Work with QE and Dev leads to ensure development of comprehensive acceptance criteria
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging QE technologies, particularly in AI and cloud computing, to drive best practices within the team
- Participate in Load/Stress/Performance testing using tools such as JMeter
- Contribute to the development of QE technical documentation
- Leverage Generative AI technologies to enhance QE capabilities
- Works with less structured, more complex issues
- Serves as a resource to others
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and testing
- 2+ years of experience in cloud-based testing environments such as Sauce Labs
- 2+ years of experience in CI/CD using tools such as Git Actions
- 2+ years of experience in API testing
- Experience in automation using Java/Selenium, Rest Assured and Appium or .Net/SpecFlow frameworks or equivalent
- Experience in usage of Performance tools such as JMeter
- Experience in use of AI in testing
- Experience in in-sprint automation
- Experience in financial technology domain
- Experience with high volume transaction sites
- Experience working with applications deployed in private or public cloud
- Experience in customer facing products
- Proven good oral and written communication Skills
- Proven ability to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and leverage them to execute on the use cases given to solve business problems
