In this critical role, you'll ensure the controlled and accurate implementation of all pricing changes into our Pricing systems, minimizing operational and financial risk to Auto and the Firm.

As a Governance & Control Pricing Associate in Auto Finance, you will be responsible for the execution of all pricing changes (inclusive of model updates) in Auto’s Pricing systems (CPE – Continuous Pricing Engine and LAZER), inclusive of upload, simulation validation, and post implementation monitoring.  You will be the liaison between Technology and Pricing, Line of Business representatives, Finance Decision Optimization team, focusing on internal pricing requirements, specifically for all initiatives with a pricing impact.  You will also be responsible for Testing and Controls, maintenance of a strong governance and control process environment.  Key responsibilities include the following.

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage Pricing system Execution and Testing of all pricing changes
  • Management of the dealer fee table changes
  • Participate in key business initiatives impacting Pricing
  • Create Business Requirements, documentation, Test Plans, Scripts, and full Test execution for applicable Pricing system updates, as well as Auto Finance BOW projects with pricing impacts (inclusive of Standard, Subvention, and Leasing)

    -Testing, inclusive of application submission, decisioning, and review of expected outcomes

    -Responsible for documenting all pass/fail summaries with appropriate screen shots and descriptions

    -Obtain sign off from impacted pricing managers for all executed testing

  • Confirm test accounts are available for all ad hoc simulation testing, and coordinate simulation test runs with IT and business partners
  • Provide coverage for Disaster Recovery and System upgrades
  • Pricing exceptions/rate override reporting
  • Back up for the ALG Book Load process and MRM (Maximum Residualized MSRP) methodology/setting
  • Back up for management of LAZER (Usury Rate updates) changes
  • Ad hoc portfolio performance analysis, inclusive of customer corrections impact analysis

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  •  3+ years of Consumer Financial Services experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Working knowledge of SAS, Alteryx, and SQL  
  • Strong analytical skills, detailed oriented, with an understanding of the components of a P&L
  • Excellent Computer Skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work under pressure, highly organized, handle multiple tasks/complex projects while prioritizing to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills/teamwork with track record of innovation, taking the initiative, collaboration, resourcefulness, flexibility, embracing change, and being a catalyst for change

Preferred Qualifications:

  •  3+ years Auto Finance experience a strong plus
  • Graduate degree a plus
  • Experience in Control & Governance a strong plus
