Account Executive
Own the full sales cycle for enterprise customers across the USA: discovery, demos/POCs, proposals, negotiation, and close. You’ll convert qualified pipeline into revenue and partner with SDRs, product, and customer success.
This is a quota-carrying position with a high impact on company growth. The AE will focus on converting qualified leads into signed orders, managing relationships, and ensuring strong customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full sales process from discovery to closing.
- Work closely with SDRs to convert qualified leads into proposals and orders
- Generate new leads from target markets and robot applications
- Deliver live or virtual product demonstrations and solution presentations.
- Manage and report on pipeline in CRM with high data hygiene.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and customers, addressing needs and objections.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and support teams.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle B2B sales role, preferably selling physical tech products
- Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise customers preferred.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage long and short sales cycles simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot).

The salary band listed above reflects the expected annual base salary or OTE (on-target earnings) for this role at AppDirect and may be subject to change.
Base salary or OTE is just one component of AppDirect’s total compensation package. In addition to base pay, regular employees may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and a full range of benefits.
