Contract Opportunity | W2 | Remote (Houston, TX Preferred)
Duration: 6+ Months
Compensation: $45.00-50.00/hour

Are you an experienced Epic build analyst with a passion for optimizing clinical workflows and supporting healthcare transformation? We are seeking a skilled Radiant/Cupid & Lumens Build Analyst to join a dynamic healthcare IT team supporting critical Epic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in collaborative healthcare environments and enjoys working closely with operational and clinical stakeholders to improve system functionality and patient care outcomes.

Position Overview

The Radiant/Cupid & Lumens Build Analyst will be responsible for the design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of Epic applications with a focus on:

  • Radiant
  • Cupid
  • Lumens

This role requires strong analytical skills, Epic build experience, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting while supporting healthcare operations and project initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Epic application build, configuration, optimization, and maintenance for Radiant, Cupid, and Lumens modules
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolution support
  • Participate in workflow analysis, system testing, validation, and upgrades
  • Create and maintain documentation related to build decisions, workflows, and change management
  • Support integrated workflows across multiple Epic applications
  • Assist with go-live support, enhancements, and ongoing optimization initiatives
  • Ensure system configurations align with organizational standards and best practices
  • Participate in meetings with stakeholders and provide recommendations for process improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an Epic Build Analyst supporting:
    • Radiant
    • Cupid
    • Lumens
  • Strong understanding of Epic workflows, build methodology, and change control processes
  • Experience with integrated clinical systems and healthcare operations
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting healthcare organizations or hospital systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Epic certifications in Radiant, Cupid, and Lumens
  • Experience with system upgrades, optimization projects, and integrated testing
  • Prior remote consulting or contract experience
  • Experience working in large healthcare environments
Work Environment
