This new hub will support leading Japanese CSPs, partner with local vendors and deliver Japan-driven products and solutions that shape networks worldwide. We are establishing and growing the team and building advanced laboratory and office facilities. Who we want
- We welcome applicants across a range of experience levels -- from early-career engineers eager to grow in radio system engineering to senior engineers seeking technical leadership opportunities - with background in wireless communications, radio systems, firmware, hardware, software, or systems engineering with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Computer Science or related field (BSc/MSc or equivalent)
- Having a willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to team and product success regardless of experience level.
Desired skills
- Radio systems knowledge: LTE/5G NR, OFDM, MIMO, beamforming
- Radio Requirement allocation between different parts of the radio
- Functional Systemization for HW and SW parts
- Study leaders for new radio products
- RF/hardware design and measurement, antenna systems, lab instrumentation
- Embedded/firmware development (C/C++), Linux, BSPs
- Signal processing and algorithm development (MATLAB, Python)
- Network protocols, system integration and troubleshooting
- Experience with product release, lifecycle management and working with carriers
- Good communication skills; Able to work in English; Japanese language skills are a welcome advantage
