About the role:

We’re looking for a highly skilled part-time sales recruiter to join our team and help us identify the right talent agents for our Talent Management team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales recruitment in the media technology industry and a deep knowledge of the screening, interviewing, and hiring processes. We’re seeking someone passionate about discovering untapped talent, driving company growth, and helping people develop successful careers.

*Please note, this is a part-time (contract) position 10-15 hours per week.

Key responsibilities:
  • Work closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the team’s hiring needs and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations

  • Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates

  • Foster high-touch relationships using a database of qualified candidates to choose from when positions become open

  • Partner with leadership to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies

  • Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements

  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates

  • Screen resumes and manage job candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview preparation to final offer negotiation

What You Bring to the Table
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate recruitment

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills

  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other Internet search methods

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems

  • Familiarity with job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc)

  • Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, in-person)

  • Self-starter, target-driven, solutions-oriented, and have a strong sense of urgency

  • Loves networking - thrives and gets energized from connecting with others;

  • Provides top-notch candidate experience; you are often the first person top talent reaches out to when thinking about their next role.

Bonus points
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or related field

  • Experience working in a rapidly growing, fast-paced startup environment

  • Sales Recruitment experience in media/marketing/ad technology industry

  • Passionate for the creator economy and has a deep understanding of all social media platforms

  • Experience using Ashby ATS

 

Compensation range = $40-$45/hr
