Position Summary

Pentagon Technologies is seeking a motivated and results-driven Temporary Recruiter to support high-volume hiring initiatives across our facilities. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and has experience recruiting for production, manufacturing, engineering, or technical positions.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization and make an immediate impact on key hiring initiatives. The position offers a minimum six-month assignment with the potential for extension and/or conversion to a full-time employee role based on business needs and performance. This is a hybrid role, with some time expected in-office. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s location, relevant experience, technical qualifications, and other job-related factors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
  • Handle a high volume of open requisitions while maintaining quality and speed-to-fill metrics.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and provide market insights.
  • Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidates against position requirements and company culture.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the process.
  • Extend offers and support pre-employment activities.
  • Ensure applicant tracking system (Paycom) data is accurate and up to date.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
  • Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments required.
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Recruiting experience within manufacturing, semiconductor, engineering, or technical environments.
  • Experience using Paycom or similar applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience recruiting for production, skilled trades, engineering, quality, or operations roles.
