About the Role

FuriosaAI is a semiconductor company building a new type of AI chip for data centers and enterprise customers. Its mission is to build a hardware and software stack that makes AI computing sustainable, giving everyone on Earth access to powerful AI.

We are at a critical inflection point as we aggressively ramp up our US operations and expand our footprint in the global AI market. To fuel this growth, we are seeking a highly resilient, entrepreneurial, and deeply networked Recruiter to serve as our very first talent acquisition partner in the United States.

In this "0 to 1" foundation role, you will be the architect of our US talent engine, driving the initial waves of hiring that will define our presence in the US market. We are navigating a hyper-growth, fast-moving environment where the playbook is not yet written. We need a strategic builder who thrives in ambiguity, possesses a strong understanding of the semiconductor and AI hardware ecosystem, and has the grit to hunt down top-tier talent. If you are excited by the challenge of designing scalable recruitment processes from scratch and being a pivotal player in building our US cross-functional team, this is your stage.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
  1. Architect the US Talent Engine (0 to 1 Building)

    • Design, implement, and scale our US recruitment processes, from ATS optimization and interview frameworks to candidate experience and employer branding.

    • Act as a foundational builder, establishing the systems and operational rigor necessary to support our rapid scaling in the US market.

  2. Full-Cycle Strategic Recruitment

    • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all hires in the US, establishing a robust pipeline of high-impact talent across various organizational functions.

    • Utilize your knowledge of the semiconductor and AI landscape to proactively source and assess candidates who possess the right blend of domain expertise and startup agility.

  3. Navigate Ambiguity & Drive Strategic Partnerships

    • Act as a trusted talent advisor to US and Global business leaders, helping them define evolving roles, calibrate market compensation, and build high-performing teams from scratch.

    • Pivot seamlessly in a dynamic startup environment, bringing clarity and execution to hiring initiatives even when priorities shift or requirements are not 100% defined.

  4. Cultivate Employer Brand & Ecosystem Presence

    • Help establish FuriosaAI’s employer brand in the Silicon Valley ecosystem, representing the company at industry events and networking meetups to attract top-tier professionals in the AI infrastructure space.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience in a startup or high-growth environment

  • Solid understanding of the semiconductor or AI hardware ecosystem, enough to engage technical candidates credibly

  • Strong sourcing skills; you know how to find and close people who aren't looking

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to build process where little exists

  • Cross-cultural communication skills; you will work closely with APAC time zones
