Remote recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Manage candidate and stakeholder relationships, run social recruiting channels, use ATS tools (iCIMS, Taleo), research recruitment best practices, and support executive recruiting as needed.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talented individuals to meet our company's staffing needs.
Duties:
- Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for various roles
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Manage social media platforms for recruitment purposes
- Utilize HR sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Utilize recruitment tools such as iCIMS, Taleo, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Assist with executive recruiting as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting
- Strong interviewing skills and relationship management abilities
- Proficiency in social media management for recruitment purposes
- Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and contract recruitment
- Experience with iCIMS, Taleo, or similar recruitment software
- Knowledge of executive recruiting processes is a plus
