About the Role

We’re seeking exceptional talent recruiters to build Fluidstack from the ground up– hiring top-tier talent across a variety of technical and non-technical teams. In partnership with hiring managers and leadership, you’ll drive funnel, candidate engagement, and shape the recruitment strategies necessary to keep up with the demand Fluidstack is rapidly working against. Recruiters are deeply aligned with Fluidstack’s mission to build the backbone of AI and empower the most critical AI companies in the world.

What You’ll Do
  • Own full-cycle hiring responsibilities: sourcing & pipeline building, screening, interviewing, offer negotiations.

  • Build-out new hiring processes: job descriptions, interview process, evaluation, closing strategies.

  • Design infrastructure and reporting metrics to scale hiring efforts, increase efficiencies, and make data-driven decisions.

Must-Haves
  • 3-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

  • Experience hiring in a very fast paced environment with a high cultural and technical bar.

  • Experience at tech companies or startups, preferably cloud/infrastructure or data centers.

  • Extensive stakeholder management experience – partnering with hiring managers, senior leadership, c-suite executives on hiring strategies.

Nice-to-Haves
  • Background in recruiting for software & hardware engineering roles especially for very high bar teams.

  • Experience in Datacenter Infrastructure, AI, or other highly competitive talent markets.

  • Exposure to adjacent People / HR topics (compensation bands, leveling frameworks, onboarding).

The salary range for this position is $120,000- $200,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.
