About The Job

We're looking for a Recruiter to join our growing team and help us attract exceptional talent across engineering, product, marketing, and operations. Reporting to Amanda, Head of Recruiting, you'll play a critical role in building our team during a pivotal growth phase. This is an opportunity to develop your recruiting skills in a fast-paced startup environment while working directly with leadership on high-impact hires.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles simultaneously, from sourcing through offer acceptance

  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and creative outreach strategies to build robust pipelines

  • Screen and interview candidates, assessing both technical capabilities and cultural fit

  • Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring smooth candidate experience

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, refine job descriptions, and develop effective sourcing strategies

  • Manage candidate relationships with clear communication and timely follow-up throughout the hiring process

  • Track recruiting metrics and maintain organized pipeline data in our ATS

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment

  • Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated ability to find passive candidates through LinkedIn and other channels especially engineering talent

  • Excellent communication skills - you write clear, compelling outreach messages and provide thoughtful candidate feedback

  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously

  • Collaborative mindset - you thrive working closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams

  • Adaptability and resourcefulness - you're comfortable with ambiguity and can figure things out independently

  • Genuine interest in fintech, payments, or restaurant technology (bonus if you're a food enthusiast!)

  • This role requires you to be based in the United States or Canada due to legal requirements.

Pay Transparency Notice & Benefits

Depending on your work location and experience the target hourly rate for this position can range from: $50-75 hourly USD.
