Peregrine Team is hiring for a Recruiter in Orange County, CA. This position is a Remote Full Time - Base + Commission role with full benefits and competitive pay.

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in helping clients find the right candidates quickly and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for a variety of positions. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role ideal for someone who’s motivated, organized, and enjoys building relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, databases, and referrals
  • Review resumes and conduct phone screens to assess candidate fit
  • Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process with clients and candidates
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for high-demand roles
  • Develop relationships with both active and passive talent
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to understand client needs and hiring goals

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of recruiting experience (agency or corporate preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using ATS systems and sourcing tools (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple roles an
