Binti builds software for state and county government agencies, focusing on reinventing social services. We started in child welfare, with the mission of helping every child have a safe, loving, and stable family. To date, we’ve helped approve more than 100,000 families to foster or adopt, and we support over 49% of the nation’s child welfare system. We have expanded our product offerings in child welfare, moving more to the root of the problem, helping families stay together and avoid separation, and are now expanding horizontally across other areas in social services.

Binti is a for-profit, mission-driven software company based in San Francisco, CA. Investors include Founders Fund, First Round Capital, Kapor Capital, and others. We’re a team of ~90 people and growing quickly. We care about creating a workplace where everyone feels welcome and can bring their full self to work. • Get to know the Binti product and our customers deeply so you can share our story with the world, creating lifelong advocates as you connect with future Bintians.

  • Source and engage a high volume of qualified candidates to build a diverse pipeline using primarily outbound outreach, partnering closely with stakeholders to refine sourcing approaches for each role.

  • Support hiring managers on Binti’s interviewing and assessment practices, equitable hiring, and compensation discussions, helping keep the process moving quickly and consistently.

  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience by communicating clearly and promptly, managing interview schedules efficiently, and championing Binti’s values and mission throughout the process.

  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics to help the team measure progress, flag bottlenecks, and ensure hiring velocity stays on track.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have at least 1-2 years of experience as a sourcer, recruiter, or similar role where you successfully learned existing processes and performed at a high level of throughput and efficiency.

  • You are a clear and influential communicator both verbally and in writing, able to keep candidates engaged and work collaboratively with hiring managers throughout the process.

  • You demonstrate excellent organization and execution skills, moving with urgency and following through on commitments and timelines. You thrive in a high-volume environment and stay organized even when juggling many open roles.

  • You excel at stakeholder management, partnering with hiring managers across functions and keeping candidates informed throughout the process. You know how to navigate competing priorities while keeping things moving.

  • You pivot with flexibility and adaptability, juggling multiple roles and shifting priorities with ease. You’re open to feedback, eager to learn Binti’s way of doing things, and excited to grow in an environment that moves fast.
