Recruiting Coordinator, Executive Talent
We are hiring a Recruiting Coordinator (6 month contract with potential for FTE) to support executive and senior leadership hiring across North America. This role is critical to delivering a seamless, high-touch candidate experience while enabling executive recruiters and senior stakeholders to operate efficiently.You will serve as the operational backbone of our leadership hiring efforts — managing complex scheduling, coordinating multi-time zone interviews, and ensuring every candidate interaction reflects Adyen’s formula. This is not a high-volume coordination role. It requires precision, discretion, proactive problem-solving, and strong ownership.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver a best-in-class, high-touch experience for leadership candidates and senior stakeholders
  • Coordinate complex, multi-time zone interview schedules with global executives — including in-person and virtual interviews, search kickoffs, and debrief sessions
  • Act as a trusted partner to executive recruiters, anticipating scheduling challenges and mitigating risks before they impact candidates
  • Drive improvements to candidate experience and recruiting operations to support Adyen’s continued growth
  • Coordinate occasional candidate travel and and host candidates for office visits

Who you are:

  • 2+ years of experience in a scheduling role, preferably in a recruiting or talent acquisition environment
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences
  • Excellent communication skills, especially a knack for writing friendly, informative emails that build rapport and convey information clearly
  • Proactive and resourceful in ambiguous situations — able to quickly identify issues and generate solutions
  • High level of integrity and trustworthiness, maintaining candidate confidentiality and privacy,
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with consistent follow-through

The annual base salary range for this role is in Chicago and $85,000 - $110,000 in Chicago. To learn more about our compensation philosophy, please click here.
