Position Overview

Support the recruiting team in delivering full-cycle, high-volume talent acquisition for client organizations during periods of growth, transformation, or transition. This role is built for someone eager to build their recruiting skill set by supporting Recruiters across sourcing, scheduling, candidate communication, and pipeline management — helping keep high-volume requisition loads moving smoothly across multiple roles, levels, and locations.

 
Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of modern, human-centric HR solutions that improve workplace experiences

  • Assist with client engagements by handling coordination and administrative tasks that keep delivery on track

  • Help maintain a positive, professional presence with candidates and client stakeholders throughout the engagement

  • Apply strong organizational and communication practices to support project workflows

  • Partner with Recruiters, livingHR Principals, and client stakeholders to support engagement delivery

  • Track own work output and maintain accurate, up-to-date project and candidate documentation

  • Help ensure day-to-day coordination work aligns with broader people strategies and business objectives

Talent Acquisition
  • Support full-cycle, high-volume recruiting efforts by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews across roles, levels, and multiple concurrent requisitions

  • Assist Recruiters and hiring managers with pipeline organization and prioritization at scale

  • Help build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate pools to support reduced time-to-fill on high-volume roles

Candidate Experience
  • Serve as a responsive, organized point of contact for candidates to help ensure a positive experience, even at high requisition volume

  • Support employer branding efforts (e.g., job postings, candidate communications, career page/social content)

Recruiting Operations
  • Help track recruiting metrics and flag opportunities to improve hiring processes

  • Maintain ATS hygiene, data accuracy, and pipeline velocity across a high-volume requisition load

     
Role Requirements
  • Entry-level experience in recruiting, HR, staffing, or a related coordination/administrative role (internships or early-career experience welcome)

  • Interest in developing client-facing skills within consulting, professional services, PEOs, or agencies

  • Foundational understanding of HR or recruiting practices; eagerness to grow functional expertise

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfort supporting multiple concurrent engagements and shifting priorities

  • HR or platform certifications a plus, but not required

  • Willingness to travel occasionally as client needs require

This is a full-time position within livingHR. You'll partner closely with livingHR Principals and client stakeholders on an ongoing basis, with the opportunity to grow your scope as our high-volume recruiting practice expands.
