Manage end-to-end hiring operations: schedule interviews, coordinate candidates and interviewers, track candidate experience metrics, maintain employment records, run onboarding logistics, train interviewers, and continuously improve hiring processes and policies to keep hiring fast, fair, and consistent.
The summary above was generated by AI

Netic is the AI revenue engine for essential services who are the backbone of the American economy. With $43M in funding from Founders Fund, Greylock, Hanabi, and Dylan Field who led our Series B, we helped our customers book hundreds of thousands of jobs across services industries in North America. There are now companies operating entirely AI-first on Netic.

You’ll join our team with relentless builders from Scale, Databricks, HRT, Meta, MIT, Stanford, and Harvard in bringing frontier AI to the physical economy, where the problems are hard, the data is complex, and the impact is immediate and tangible.

About the role

Netic is growing fast, and our hiring engine needs to grow just as fast. We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who can turn a chaotic hiring process into a well-oiled machine — someone with the cognitive horsepower to hold a hundred moving pieces in their head, the attention to detail to never drop one, and the instincts to make every candidate feel like they matter. You'll sit close to the founders and the People team, own the operational backbone of how we hire, and build the exact muscle — speed, precision, judgment under pressure — that defines great operators at the best AI companies coming out of Silicon Valley. If you want a launching pad into a career in startup operations, this is one of the best seats in the building.

What you'll do
  • Own the logistics of hiring end-to-end: scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and interviewers, and keeping every req moving without anyone dropping the ball.

  • Track candidate experience like it's a product metric. Response times, feedback scores, drop-off points — you own the data that tells us where candidates are having a great experience and where we're losing them.

  • Coordinate interview training across the company so every interviewer knows the process, the tools, and what's expected of them.

  • Find what's broken in the funnel before it becomes a bottleneck, and fix it. You're the one who streamlines process, not just reports on it.

  • Keep our employment records clean and current — hires, terminations, leaves, transfers, promotions — with zero drama and zero surprises.

  • Own onboarding logistics as we scale, making sure every new hire's first weeks at Netic feel as sharp and intentional as our product.

  • Partner directly with our Operations team to build and refine the policies that keep hiring fast, fair, and consistent as we grow.

What you'll bring
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a comparable field — you've got the fundamentals down.

  • 18+ months as a Recruiting Coordinator or HR Specialist at a technology or R&D company. You know what "fast-paced" actually means and you don't flinch at it.

  • Genuinely sharp. You pick up new tools and processes fast, hold a lot of context at once, and connect dots other people miss.

  • Obsessive attention to detail. A dropped email, a double-booked interview, a wrong offer date — none of that happens on your watch.

  • Real customer service instincts. You treat every candidate like they're the most important person in the pipeline, because to us, they are.

  • Ambition beyond the role. You see this as step one of a career in operations, and you want to build that career at one of the best AI companies to come out of Silicon Valley.

What brings us together is our commitment to:

  • Live to build

  • Run through walls and win

  • Obsess over customers in each line of code

  • Lose sleep over the "almost perfect"

  • Show internal locus of control

  • Prioritize finesse: refinement of first principles thinking, execution, and craftsmanship

San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area attracts more startup funding than any other region in the world. Home to Stanford University and UC Berkeley, leading VC firms and several of the world’s most valuable companies, the Bay Area is the place to go for anyone looking to make it big in the tech industry. That said, San Francisco has a lot to offer beyond technology thanks to a thriving art and music scene, excellent food and a short drive to several of the country’s most beautiful recreational areas.

Key Facts About San Francisco Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 365,500; 13.9% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
