  • Maintain accurate candidate records and scheduling details in the applicant tracking system
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive assistance, event coordination, hospitality, or a related role
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience coordinating complex schedules involving multiple stakeholders and time zones
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Google Calendar, Outlook, or similar platforms
  • Experience working in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
  • Comfort with video conferencing platforms including Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to adapt communication style to different audiences
  • Proactive problem-solver who remains calm and resourceful in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in an in-person, high-touch recruiting environment
  • A Passion for sustainability and making the world a better place!
