Our Philosophy

At Latent, we believe that exploring career possibilities at a new company should be an experience, not just a process. People are the key to success for any organization, and our Talent team sits at the heart of that mission.

We are one of the most visible teams in the company—partnering across every function, offering feedback, and supporting every person here. We know that who we hire has an outsized impact on our future success, which makes every interaction in our recruiting process matter.

The Role

As a Recruiting Coordinator at Latent, you will be the architect of the candidate experience. From the moment a candidate is invited to interview, their journey is yours to design.

You’ll coordinate with hiring leads, communicate directly with candidates, manage scheduling logistics, and ensure that every interview day runs seamlessly. On the day of interviews, you’ll be the go-to expert with all the answers—keeping things running smoothly and ensuring each candidate feels welcomed, supported, and respected.

Beyond execution, you’ll also research and implement new ways to elevate our recruiting process—constantly thinking creatively and iterating on how we create exceptional experiences.

You will:

  • Own the planning and execution of candidate interview days

  • Partner with hiring managers and interviewers to ensure alignment and preparedness

  • Communicate proactively with candidates to guide them through the process

  • Manage all scheduling and logistics with precision and care

  • Identify opportunities to improve our recruiting experience and implement new ideas

What We’re Looking For

We could list a bunch of skills, but what truly matters is who you are and how you work. The ideal Recruiting Coordinator is organized, thoughtful, creative, and solutions-oriented.

Your title might be recruiting coordinator, staffing associate, or something similar—but your superpower is orchestrating complex plans with ease. You might be the person friends rely on to plan group trips or build secret spreadsheets to organize your life (we see you, and we love that about you).

You likely bring:

  • Experience coordinating interviews or managing logistics in fast-paced environments

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • A proactive mindset and love for creating seamless experiences

  • The ability to stay calm, flexible, and resourceful when plans change

Who You Are

You thrive in an ambiguous and dynamic world. You’re comfortable fielding questions from founders while handling last-minute rescheduling requests—without missing a beat. This job is not for the faint of heart, and that excites you.

You see ambiguity as opportunity. You bring calm, care, and creativity to every situation.

Everyone at Latent supports Talent initiatives, because we know the people we hire will shape our success.

What you do here matters.
