As a Recruiting Coordinator at Candid Health, you’ll be the connective tissue behind every candidate experience: owning scheduling, coordinating logistics, and building the systems that let our recruiters do what they do best. The Candid team has more than doubled in the last 18 months, and we are looking to replicate that growth this year and the next. That growth only works if the candidate experience is seamless from first touchpoint to offer, and your work is critical here. This is an opportunity to help shape what a best-in-class recruiting function looks like at a fast-growing health tech startup - and grow alongside it.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Own interview scheduling end-to-end. From recruiter request to confirmed candidate invite, you’ll own the scheduling process across phone, video, and onsite formats, with fast turnaround and high accuracy.

  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline scheduling. You’ll coordinate logistics, manage last-minute changes, and keep every interview running on time and on track.

  • Be a primary POC for candidates throughout the interview process. You’ll send confirmations, share prep materials, and ensure no candidate feels left in the dark, delivering a white-glove experience at every touchpoint.

  • Maintain ATS hygiene (we use Ashby). You’ll ensure candidate records, job postings, and pipeline data are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Help improve recruiting processes and execution. You’ll proactively identify opportunities to build and improve the coordination infrastructure that powers our recruiting engine - from templates and workflows to candidate comms and experience surveys.

Who you are:
  • Early-career, high-slope operator: excited to start in a hands-on, execution-heavy role with lots of room to grow in scope as you ramp.

  • Exceptionally organized and attentive to detail: have a process mindset and a bias toward making things more efficient as we scale. You notice things others miss, and you build habits that make reliability your default.

  • Strong communicator and relationship builder: You’re an avid believer in over-communication, you enjoy collaboration, and you’re passionate about delivering excellent candidate and stakeholder experiences.

  • Calm under pressure and comfortable managing competing priorities: last-minute reschedules, shifting timelines, and a full plate don't rattle you. You adapt quickly, stay organized, and keep things moving without dropping the ball.

  • Proactive problem-solver: you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, notice friction before it becomes a bottleneck, and take initiative.

  • Curious, introspective, and driven: you’re reflective about your experiences, comfortable figuring things out, and interested in building and improving recruiting processes as we scale.
