About Us
At Sully.ai, We’re Building the Most Impactful Healthcare Company on Earth

We believe that access to a great doctor is a basic human right. Today, that’s not a reality. Delays, misdiagnoses, administrative chaos, and burnout plague the system.

Our Mission
One Human, One Doctor.
We enable our customers to staff 30% of their workforce with AI by creating a shared agent architecture for scale and efficiency. All powered by our own patented, world-class models and deployed in real-world care.

About the Role
  • Contract role with long term potential, open to fractional. Recruiting-focused equivalent of a GTM Engineer: use engineering, automations, and AI to make top-tier hiring efficient and repeatable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own sourcing infrastructure end-to-end: signal → outreach → booked interviews

  • Build automated outbound across LinkedIn, email, and new channels with personalization at scale

  • Ship AI tooling for candidate evaluation, messaging, and targeting improvement

  • Integrate ATS, sourcing, enrichment, and internal data into a reliable recruiting data layer

  • Close the loop: source/message → replies → interviews → hires

  • Run weekly experiments; scale winners, kill losers

  • Amplify Sully.ai in technical communities to grow inbound

Hard Requirements
  • You are a technical founder who has built recruiting products OR you have both hands on recruiting experience & technical ability to build agentic recruiting workflows

  • Strong Python or TypeScript; APIs, webhooks, event-driven systems

  • Builds workflows/tools (not just SaaS configuration)

  • Applied LLM experience: eval, grounding, quality control

  • Outbound + experimentation mindset

  • High bar for talent quality in AI/technical roles

  • High-ownership operator: ships fast, iterates on metrics

Key Results (First 90 Days)
  • Fully automate candidate sourcing end-to-end including signal ingestion, list aggregation, enrichment, scoring, and multichannel personalized outreach.

  • Close the loop with real-time tracking from sourced candidate to interview to hire, enabling weekly experimentation and measurable funnel lift.

  • Build workflows & automations that contribute to 3+ hires/month.

San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area attracts more startup funding than any other region in the world. Home to Stanford University and UC Berkeley, leading VC firms and several of the world’s most valuable companies, the Bay Area is the place to go for anyone looking to make it big in the tech industry. That said, San Francisco has a lot to offer beyond technology thanks to a thriving art and music scene, excellent food and a short drive to several of the country’s most beautiful recreational areas.

Key Facts About San Francisco Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 365,500; 13.9% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, Khosla Ventures, Kleiner Perkins
  • Research Centers and Universities: Stanford University; University of California, Berkeley; University of San Francisco; Santa Clara University; Ames Research Center; Center for AI Safety; California Institute for Regenerative Medicine
