Job Description

We are looking for a strategic full-cycle Talent Lead to scale Hebbia’s GTM team as we set out to 2x our total headcount in 2025. This is an opportunity to build the GTM recruiting function from the ground up alongside the Head of People and Head of Talent.

You will help lay processes and frameworks, refine and contribute to the company's GTM talent strategy, and partner closely with executives and hiring managers to build robust talent pipelines for Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Business Development, Partnerships, and more.

Responsibilities

While your primary responsibility is recruiting the best talent in the world, we'd want you to be involved with the following as well:

  • Own and manage the recruitment process and GTM talent strategy.
  • Serve as a player/coach, developing effective strategies, sourcing and attracting top talent, negotiating offers, and upskilling your peers on the Talent team.
  • Represent Hebbia externally at conferences and events, sharing our story and brand awareness in the talent market.
  • Partner with senior leadership to help build and refine Hebbia's Talent Brand and employer value proposition.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve our recruiting systems and processes, making them more efficient and effective for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure interview panels are well-prepared and deliver a consistent, fair, and exceptional candidate experience.
  • Leverage data and market intelligence to inform key stakeholders on pipeline health, identify trends, and refine the GTM talent strategy.
Who You Are
  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly within Sales, Customer Success, Business Development, and related GTM functions
  • You have successfully scaled a hypergrowth vc-backed tech startup while gaining subject matter expertise in identifying, assessing, and closing the top .01% of GTM talent
  • You’re comfortable with and experienced as a player/coach; willing to roll up your sleeves on high volume full cycle searches while also providing mentorship to the talent team
  • You have experience serving as a thought partner to senior leadership, leveraging your prior experience to anticipate business needs and avoid pitfalls
  • You have an analytical mindset and proactively leverage data to inform and optimize the recruiting process and broader talent strategy
  • You are highly organized, working with a strong sense of urgency, and can quickly prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • You operate with ownership and accountability, and you enjoy uplifting and motiving those around you
Compensation

The salary range for this position is set between $170,000 and $210,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description.
