About Nudge

At Nudge, our mission is to develop the best technology for interfacing with the brain to improve people's lives. We're starting with an approach that we believe can help the most people the fastest, and also allow us to learn as much about the brain as possible: developing a non-invasive, ultrasound-based device that can stimulate and image the brain at high resolution and depth. This is a vertically integrated effort building cutting-edge hardware, software, and research capabilities to create products that can benefit millions — and eventually billions — of people.

To succeed, we need to assemble world-class teams across everything we do. We hire people who are exceptional at their craft, believe hard things are worth doing, and execute relentlessly — people who expect the highest levels of both rigor and integrity from each other.

About the role

As a technical recruiter at Nudge, you will:

  • Run full-cycle recruiting for all roles across multiple disciplines (engineering, G&A, operations, and research)

  • Source exceptional talent through direct outreach, technical communities, academic networks, and creative strategies.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define requirements, interview processes, and evaluation criteria.

  • Screen candidates for technical fit, culture, and mission alignment

  • Manage the entire candidate experience from initial outreach through offer negotiation, ensuring every candidate has a positive experience

  • Build talent pipelines and maintain relationships with passive candidates

  • Establish best practices and help define Nudge’s recruiting strategy as we grow.

About you

We're open to considering recruiters of all levels, with a preference for at least 5 years of experience. Regardless of your career level, you should have:

  • Technical recruiting experience, preferably at startups or high-growth companies hiring software engineers, researchers, or hardware engineers

  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing exceptional technical talent in competitive markets

  • Strong technical acumen - ability to understand and discuss complex technical concepts with candidates

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to sell both technical challenges and company mission

  • A self-starter attitude with the skills to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environments

  • High integrity
