About the role:

We are looking for a Senior GTM Recruiter to join our team. You’ll play a critical role in building high-performing teams and shaping Garner’s growth by hiring exceptional talent across departments such as Sales, Account Management, Marketing & more. You will be working cross functionally with Hiring Managers, Interviewers and other leaders throughout the business to bring top talent into our organization as we scale at a rapid pace. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting people to purpose-driven work, and is excited about building alongside a mission-driven team.You will report  into the Head of Talent for this role.

This position is fully remote.

What you will do:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across diverse business functions
  • Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers—building hiring plans, crafting job descriptions, and guiding interview processes.
  • Build and manage pipelines of diverse, mission-aligned talent through direct sourcing, referrals, and creative outreach.
  • Deliver a top-tier candidate experience from first touch to offer.
  • Use data to report on pipeline health, time to fill, and quality of hire metrics—driving improvements through insights.
  • Champion equity and inclusion in every stage of the hiring process.
What you will bring to the team:
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth tech or healthcare environment.
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leadership to drive hiring strategy.
  • Proven success sourcing and closing high-quality candidates across a variety of business functions.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • A passion for healthcare innovation and a desire to support a mission that matters.
Compensation Transparency:

The salary range for this position is $50-70/hour. Compensation for this role will depend on a variety of factors including qualifications, skills and applicable laws. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws.
