About the Role

Are you quick on your feet, adaptable, and motivated by building genuine connections in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We are looking for a driven Recruiting Specialist to join our team in Irvine, CA and support hiring across our growing multifamily portfolio, with a primary focus on recruiting for financial sales roles.

This position blends operational coordination with sales-focused recruiting—meaning outbound outreach, pitching opportunities, and relationship-building are at the core of what you do. We care far less about years of recruiting experience and much more about your personality, work ethic, and drive to succeed.

If you are resilient, have a willingness to learn, and bring high energy, we will teach you the rest!

  • You genuinely enjoy connecting with people, building trust, and pitching our company culture to prospective talent.
What You’ll Do
  • Reach out to potential candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and creative networking to pitch roles and generate active candidate interest.
  • Conduct engaging initial phone screens to assess candidate fit, explain role expectations, and sell our company brand.
  • Keep candidates engaged and move them swiftly through every phase of the hiring process.
  • Coordinate and lock in interview schedules in tight alignment with Recruiters and Hiring Managers.

  • Ability to work extended periods at a computer desk and attend occasional local meetings or hiring events.
