You will be an embedded partner within our regional sales structure, working closely with the Sales Analytics and Insights team to ensure regional operations are supported by a single source of truth. The team collaborates across functions like Finance, Marketing, and Product to source data and build strong relationships with central data groups, creating a coordinated effort to improve forecast accuracy and strategic planning.

  • Analysing pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and deal velocity to identify specific opportunities for the regional sales teams.

  • Supporting regional leadership with scenario modelling for coverage, segmentation, and quota planning.

  • Contributing to the global analytics roadmap by advocating for consistent KPI definitions while utilising data science to improve forecast accuracy.

Where and how you can work

Xero supports a flexible, hybrid working model that allows you to balance time in our modern office spaces with working from home. • Your background includes a deep understanding of SaaS business models and sales metrics, allowing you to provide commercial insights that truly resonate with stakeholders.

  • You possess the ability to translate technical findings into compelling narratives for non-technical leaders, ensuring your insights drive real-world outcomes.

  • You are comfortable working with tools like Tableau, Snowflake, or dbt and enjoy applying statistical methodologies to solve business challenges.

  • You have a natural aptitude for collaborating across global and regional teams, influencing outcomes even without direct authority.

  • You thrive in environments with some ambiguity, showing the initiative to make progress and capture business requirements despite incomplete information.

Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.
