Wells Fargo is seeking a Regional Coach Senior Manager with National Branch Growth & Enablement as part of Consumer, Small & Business Banking. This individual will lead a team of Regional Coaches to deliver scalable workshops, along with targeted coaching and supporting branch leadership in identifying opportunities and providing feedback, all focused-on management routines, behavior skill development, affluent, small business and partner product activities. You will directly work with Region Executives to provide influential consulting focused on creating growth though lasting behavior change.

In this role, you will:
- Provide coaching, development and feedback to the Regional Coaches through participating in regional coach routines to include but not limited to: workshops, support skill development, participate and conduct region and districts level meetings, and business reviews to include affluent reviews.
- Actively participate and contribute to assigned workstreams building workshops and other content.
- Conduct branch visits to coach District Senior Manager and Regional Executives as needed, to support their understanding and execution of the behavior framework, management cycle, affluent priorities, small business priorities, and other focus areas.
- Support Branch leadership by identifying opportunities and providing actionable feedback.
- Collaborate with Division and Regional Executives and District Managers to align opportunities and implement high-impact actions based on workshop and branch observations.
- Coach and develop Regional Coaches to identify performance opportunities and deliver effective feedback using insights from field observations.
- Lead as the primary resource on effectively executing the behavior framework, management cycle, affluent and small-business activities, and partner-product referral processes.
- Strengthen and accelerate the skills of the Regional Coaching team to drive enhanced performance across supported regions
- 6+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- 5+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
- Management experience including hiring, coaching, and developing direct reports
- Understanding the behavior framework, the management cycle, and how it ties to business growth and branch performance
- Experience leading implementation strategies on utilization of innovative branch banking tools and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Experience leading the execution of business strategies to support an excellent customer experience, high performing teams and growth in the business
- Success at managing a remote workforce and navigating a matrixed environment
- Experience and knowledge in coaching across customer segments, including affluent, high net worth, and small business
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Knowledge and understanding of banking industry laws and regulations, compliance, controls, risk management and loss prevention
- Relevant military experience including working with military protocol and instructions, enlisted evaluations, officer/leadership reporting
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging effectively for diverse audiences at all organizational levels.
