We pride ourselves on creating a warm and welcoming environment for both our clients and our team. We believe that a positive and supportive culture is essential to providing exceptional care and service to our clients. Our team is made up of individuals who share a passion for personalized care and are committed to delivering natural and conservative results while prioritizing education, ethics, and professionalism. We value collaboration, open communication, and mutual respect, and strive to create a workplace where everyone feels valued and supported. Serenity Aesthetics & Wellness has two locations (San Francisco and Burlingame), and this role will oversee both, with a primary base in San Francisco.

Job Summary:

The Regional Manager will oversee the day-to-day management and administrative operations across both Serenity locations (San Francisco and Burlingame). Responsibilities include liaising with clients and healthcare professionals, managing budgets, managing staffing across two sites, and implementing procedures to enhance client care and operational efficiency at both locations. You will partner with the Director of Operations to ensure the success of both clinics, splitting time and attention between the two while maintaining a consistent standard of care and culture across sites. The right candidate will be equally adept in delivering excellent client service and using critical thinking skills to solve problems — and comfortable managing at a regional, multi-site level rather than a single location.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Culture Leader and Staff Management:

  • Foster a positive and supportive team culture that emphasizes collaboration, professionalism, and client-focused care across both locations.
  • Manage the administrative and clinical staff schedules at both sites to ensure sufficient coverage and efficient operations.
  • Address staff performance concerns and implement performance improvement plans when necessary, consistently across both clinics.
  • Ensure consistency of standards, culture, and client experience across both locations.

Policies and Procedures (Compliance):

  • Implement necessary policies and procedures to maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations at both sites.
  • Ensure both clinics operate by the company's high standards and guidelines.

Financial Management:

  • Partner with the Director of Operations to oversee the budget for both locations, monitoring expenses and revenue to ensure financial stability and growth across the region.
  • Manage inventory for both sites, including ordering critical medical products (neurotoxins, fillers, etc.) and general supplies to maintain sufficient stock levels.
  • Help oversee the maintenance and repair of clinic equipment at both locations, ensuring that all medical devices are in proper working condition to provide safe and effective treatments.

Marketing and Advertising:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations and marketing support team on marketing and advertising campaigns for both locations, ensuring effective use of various channels, such as online platforms and local advertising.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify areas where processes can be improved at either or both clinics and develop strategies to address these areas.
  • Always use good judgement.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to lead and motivate a large team (15+) across multiple locations
  • Comfort and ability to manage remotely/across sites, with regular travel between San Francisco and Burlingame
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Strong knowledge of aesthetic services and offerings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

Education and Experience:

  • Experience in managing a healthcare facility or similar business with more than ten employees
  • Experience managing multiple sites/locations strongly preferred
  • Experience in client facing roles with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service
  • Medical Aesthetics experience is strongly desired

Compensation:

  • Up to $160,000 total compensation (base + bonus) based on experience
  • Discounts to products and services offered in the clinic

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
  • Ability to travel regularly between San Francisco and Burlingame locations
