Regional Operations Director — Wash N' Roll Car Wash Indianapolis Metro Area | Indiana

$100,000 – $125,000 per year | Full-Time | 50 hours/week

About Wash N' Roll Car Wash

Wash N' Roll Car Wash is a rapidly growing express car wash operator with 53 locations across 4 states. We've recently expanded into Indiana with locations in Camby, Lafayette, and Fort Wayne — and we're just getting started. Our growth plan targets 12 Indiana locations by end of 2027 and 50+ over the next five years, making this one of the most exciting regional leadership opportunities in the industry right now.

We'll be the first to admit our current Indiana footprint is spread out — Camby, Lafayette, and Fort Wayne are geographically dispersed as we plant our flags across the state. That's intentional. As we continue to grow, we'll be filling in the map between those markets, building density and reducing drive times over time. The person who takes this role now will have a hand in shaping exactly where and how that happens.

We're looking for a proven car wash operator to lead our Indiana market as our first Regional Operations Director in the state. This is a high-impact, field-first role for someone who leads from the front, not from behind a desk.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $100,000 – $125,000 starting per year, based on experience
  • Company vehicle provided
  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • Paid time off (PTO)
  • Paid holidays

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily operations across all Indiana car wash locations
  • Serve as the primary leader for site managers — coaching, developing, and holding teams accountable to performance standards
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect equipment, facilities, cleanliness, and customer experience
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and equipment issues; coordinate maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime
  • Drive operational consistency across all locations in wash quality, throughput, safety, and team culture
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop site-level staff; build a culture of ownership and accountability
  • Monitor location-level KPIs (wash volume, labor costs, chemical costs, customer satisfaction) and develop action plans to improve performance
  • Partner with ownership on new location openings, equipment installations, and process rollouts
  • Travel regularly between Indiana locations (typical drive times of 1–2 hours); travel to Nashville, TN will be required during initial training and onboarding

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience in the car wash industry is required — applicants without car wash experience will not be considered
  • Mechanically inclined with hands-on experience troubleshooting conveyor, tunnel, or express wash equipment
  • 3–5+ years of multi-unit or regional operations management experience
  • Strong people leader with a proven track record of building, developing, and retaining teams
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple locations and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable using operational and financial data to drive decisions and improve performance
  • Excellent communicator — able to work effectively with frontline employees and ownership
  • Self-motivated and energized by field work; this is not a desk job
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout Indiana; occasional travel to Tennessee required

Why Wash N' Roll

  • Be the first Regional Operations Director in a brand new state market — your decisions will shape how we grow here
  • Real career trajectory — as we scale from 4 to 12 to 50+ Indiana locations, your role and earning potential grow with it
  • Part of an established, 53-location company with the infrastructure and resources to support your success
  • Competitive salary, company vehicle, and full benefits

To Apply

Submit your resume along with a brief summary of your car wash operations experience. Due to the specialized nature of this role, candidates without prior car wash industry experience will not be considered.
