Job Summary
The Regional Partner Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and management of strategic partnerships within a designated region, focusing on expanding market reach and delivering value to customers.
Job Responsibilities
* Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners, building strong and lasting relationships based on mutual trust and understanding.
* Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies with partners to achieve regional sales targets and expand the service offerings.
* Initiate compelling sales conversations with partners and their clients, effectively articulating the value proposition of Temenos solutions.
* Leverage strong customer understanding to identify and address partner and customer needs, motivations, and buying influences.
* Effectively manage direct selling efforts alongside partner channels, ensuring alignment and maximizing sales opportunities.
* Utilize data management and sales systems/tools to track performance, forecast sales, and optimize partner engagement.
* Proactively address buyer indifference and manage resistance from partners and end-customers, guiding them through the sales process.
* Strengthen existing customer relationships through partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities.
* Deeply understand the buying process of target customers and how partners can best influence decisions.
* Continuously expand knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and product offerings to effectively position Temenos solutions.
Job Qualifications
* Proven experience in building rapport and fostering strong, productive partnerships.
* Demonstrated customer-focused approach with excellent customer understanding.
* Strong direct selling capabilities and experience in managing complex sales cycles.
* Proficiency in sales data management and utilization of CRM/sales enablement tools.
* Ability to initiate compelling sales conversations and effectively communicate value.
* In-depth knowledge of buying influences, motivations, and the overall buying process in the financial services or technology sector.
* Skilled in managing buyer indifference and overcoming resistance to close deals.
* A track record of strengthening customer relationships and expanding service offerings.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to travel regionally as required.
