The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:

The Regional Product & Adoption Lead (rPAL) serves as the critical bridge between market reality and product execution, driving product adoption and commercial success in their assigned region. As part of the Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team—Moloco's center of excellence for product expertise and market intelligence—the rPAL functions as both the resident product expert and customer advocate embedded within regional GTM motions.

The PSO team exists to maximize the commercial impact of Moloco's products by serving as functional experts and chief champions across the product lifecycle. Within this structure, rPALs are the boots-on-the-ground operators who translate the team's expertise into regional execution. Working in close partnership with sales teams and strategic customers in their market, rPALs surface the authentic voice of the customer and competitive dynamics that the broader PSO team synthesizes into company-wide product strategy. They also serve as the regional conduit for PSO-driven enablement, product launches, and best practices—ensuring global product innovations are adapted and adopted effectively in local contexts.

This role directly impacts revenue growth by ensuring our products meet real market needs, accelerating sales cycles through deep technical expertise, and influencing product roadmaps based on regional opportunity sizing. The rPAL operates at the intersection of customer conversations, competitive dynamics, and product strategy—identifying high-impact opportunities through pattern recognition across data and voice-of-customer, then ruthlessly prioritizing initiatives that drive both immediate wins and long-term market positioning.

Success in this role means creating a tight product↔market feedback loop that results in measurable improvements in product adoption, customer satisfaction, deal velocity, and win rates within your region—while building cross-functional credibility that ensures regional market insights meaningfully shape both PSO priorities and company-wide product investments.

The Opportunity:

A successful rPAL delivers measurable impact for their region across the PSO team's core northstar metrics:

Product Adoption & Utilization

  • Feature adoption rates increase quarter-over-quarter as the rPAL identifies barriers, enables sales teams, and drives customer activation of new capabilities
  • Product attach rates improve as the rPAL expands wallet share by matching customer needs to existing product capabilities
  • Time-to-value decreases as customers onboard faster and reach performance milestones more quickly through rPAL guidance and best practice deployment

Revenue Impact

  • Win rates improve in the region as the rPAL equips sales with competitive positioning, customer-specific product narratives and identifies custom solutions as needed
  • Deal velocity accelerates as the rPAL removes technical friction, answers product questions in real-time, and validates solution fit earlier in sales cycles

Product Intelligence & Influence

  • Voice of customer insights consistently shape product roadmap decisions, with the rPAL's regional patterns validated and incorporated into quarterly planning
  • Market opportunity sizing from the region directly informs PSO and Product prioritization, with clear ROI modeling on requested capabilities
  • Competitive intelligence from frontline interactions results in measurable product or positioning improvements that address market gaps

Cross-Functional Effectiveness

  • Sales productivity increases as measured by reduced time-to-answer on product questions, higher confidence scores in enablement feedback, and sales team NPS of PSO support
  • Customer satisfaction improves within the region's strategic accounts, reflected in retention rates, reference-ability, and account health scores
  • Product team velocity benefits from well-structured, prioritized regional feedback that reduces ambiguity and rework

The ultimate measure: The rPAL's region becomes a predictable engine for both revenue growth and product innovation—where sales consistently exceeds targets with product as a competitive advantage, and where the product roadmap demonstrably reflects and serves regional market opportunities.

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?

  • A strong ability to synthesize compelling solutions that result in xFunctional consensus from disparate data points and then work with stakeholders to deliver tangible results from those solutions.

  • Demonstrated capability of implementing operational rigor with an eye toward not letting procedure get in the way of impact.
  • Experience working with, supporting, and teaching customers
