Resolve AI is looking for a Regional Sales Director to lead our Commercial segment. This role will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team of Account Executives focused on mid-market and commercial customers, driving predictable revenue growth, and establishing a scalable sales motion for this segment.

You will own the strategy and execution for commercial sales, partnering closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to grow pipeline, improve conversion, and expand our customer base. This role is ideal for a leader who excels at developing sales talent, implementing structured sales processes, and scaling teams in high-growth environments.


What You’ll Do
  • You will build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of commercial Account Executives, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • You will be responsible for the strategy and execution of the commercial sales segment, ensuring the team consistently achieves quarterly and annual revenue targets.

  • You will partner with Revenue Operations to establish strong pipeline management, forecasting discipline, and performance metrics that support predictable growth.

  • You will recruit, hire, and onboard top sales talent as the commercial team grows, while providing ongoing mentorship and coaching to help team members reach their full potential.

  • You will work closely with Marketing to drive demand generation initiatives that increase high-quality pipeline within the commercial segment.

  • You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to share customer insights and help inform product direction based on real customer needs.

  • You will partner with Customer Success to ensure a smooth transition from sale to onboarding while identifying opportunities for long-term customer growth and expansion.

  • You will contribute to broader go-to-market planning by helping define how Resolve AI scales its commercial business as the company continues to grow.

What We're Looking For
  • You have 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales and bring a strong understanding of selling technical products to modern software organizations.

  • You have at least 4 years of experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams, with a track record of building strong team cultures and achieving ambitious revenue goals.

  • You have experience building, leading commercial or mid-market sales segments and understand how to create repeatable sales motions that scale efficiently.

  • You have demonstrated success in driving predictable pipeline, improving sales processes, and implementing structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or Challenger.

  • You are highly skilled at forecasting and pipeline management, and you use data to guide decision-making and improve team performance.

  • You thrive in fast-paced startup environments and are comfortable navigating ambiguity while building structure and process.

  • You are a collaborative leader who enjoys working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to drive business outcomes.

  • You are passionate about developing people and take pride in helping sales professionals grow in their careers.
