Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts within a designated region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing and developing a high-performing sales team, and fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Total Target Compensation Range: $250,000 OTE depending on experience and location. This includes a combination of base salary and commission.

Location: Ideally, the RSD will reside near a major airport within: New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Atlanta, or Charlotte as travel up to 50% will be necessary.

Responsibilities: 

  • Revenue Generation: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to deliver revenue growth and exceed regional sales targets. Assume ownership of outcomes and take a data-driven approach to ensure performance goals are consistently met. 
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team to achieve individual and team sales targets. planning, problem-solving, managing and measuring team performance, and effective communication. Provide consistent coaching to enhance the team’s ability to execute EverDriven’s value-based sales framework.
  • Culture Creation: Foster a team culture that embodies a growth mindset, continuous improvement and sustains a high-performance.  Navigate ambiguity and complexity to lead teams through change, drive vision, and create innovative strategies.
  • Market Strategy & Pipeline Management: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.  Oversee and maintain a robust, accurate sales pipeline, driving predictable revenue generation.
  • Executive Engagement and Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership with accurate forecasts, progress reports, and actionable insights.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Build strong partnerships across Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and other functions to align priorities and remove roadblocks. Effectively influence and drive results outside direct lines of authority.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to build and manage a high-performing team while fostering accountability and development.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets through structured sales plans and processes.
  • Advanced ability to navigate complexity, manage uncertainty, and lead teams through change. 
  • Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 5+ years of leadership and team management experience within sales
  • Proficiency with CRM software, Salesforce preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
